This We Can Do Hard Things episode introduced me to one of my now favorite speakers ALOK. I learned that I was holding on to patterns of thought that were holding me back from the inclusivity that calls me. I can theorize about my feelings or, with the help of new perspectives I can begin to work with my feelings so I can better align my attitude with my values. Humans, as a part of nature, rely on intricate systems that are biodiverse. I love learning about the varied perspectives and experiences so that I can be a better advocate for harmony and connection. enjoy. portrait of ALOK by: Bronson Farr https://open.spotify.com/episode/61P0QGuBtewYKBng6mU5pQ?si=ivB4LJ5dTsS4EcLO4ukjKg
